The execution strategy of SYGMA Consulting is jointly developed upon engagement, after establishing all the required "as is"data related to the land use of the property. The strategy serves to document the vision, goals, and objectives as identified. The execution strategy incorporates proven methodologies, qualified expertise, and a coordinated approach for managing deliverables.

The professional fees for consulting services are based on hourly rates for the principal consultant and other associates, which vary per role and level of expertise. Travel time is billed at a reduced hourly rate, and disbursements are billed at cost.
